Shipping policy

Domestic (within the USA):
All products offered will have additional shipping charges added at the checkout process.  Shipping includes all courier services (UPS/FedEx/USPS) or freight shipping door to door with tax applied if relevant.

International (outside the USA):
All products shipped outside of the USA require separate customs brokerage services.  Please be aware that the buyer may be responsible for additional duty tax when importing freight shipments into their country.

All courier shipments for small parts (FedEx/UPS/DHL/USPS) are DTP and couriers will process customs brokerage for the buyer directly. 

Step Revolution LLC Standard Warranty:
One year technical support and warranty on electronic parts:  Does not cover scratches, blemishes, damages caused by user modification, inconsiderate use or improper maintenance.  If replacement parts are needed, please contact us and inquire about the RMA process.
